October
Sunday 4th
5th Skipton Scout Group Centenary Celebrations. We are putting on a large display in there HQ.
Friday 16th - Saturday 18th
Pickering War weekend, our largest annual event and added bonus of the Thane Rover Crew who are coming back for the second year to demonstrate traditional scouting skills in a recreated wartime camp. It's a super atmosphere all weekend. On the Saturday morning we will be having a contingent of 1940s dressed Boy Scouts in the parade through the town.
2016
We will be returning to Ryedale Folk Museum where we will be taking over their costume gallery for a display on Scouting through the ages. Check back for dates!
